Desired Profile ** Should have worked on at least 2 - 3 end - end implementation experience.** Must have experience working on one or more HRMS or Financials modules mainly.** Should have experience in resource allocation, resource Management and project Management.**Functional area activities incl. requirements definition, process analysis, fit/gap resolution, process design & implementation, functional application design, application configuration, testing, training, & cutover. **Technical area activities incl. analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of online enhancements, batch programs, interfaces, reports, data conversion, and technical infrastructure. **Responsibilities may include qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities by developing the solution, scope, estimates and/or proposal.
